Blog-City provides a mechanism for Self-Publishing. Due to the volumes of data we cannot oversee the publication of every entry on our service.
Members of Blog-City (and host branded blogs) agree when they create the blog and publish their information that Blog-City Ltd neither endorses the contents of any Member communications nor assumes responsibility for any error, defamation, libel, slander, ommission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained therein, any infringement of third party intellectual property rights arising therefrom or any crime facilitated thereby.
Blog-City will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Blog-City to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.
Apply in Writing
In order to act swiftly and prevent further distress, we must receive notifications, providing as much information as is relevant, in writing. Including detailed URL's of all the pages in question.
All reports should be made in writing through a legal representative, solicitor or lawyer, do not send anything personally, it will not be accepted. Proof of identity via your legal representative is required. Please send your request to this address:
