You can simply email entries to your blog by sending an email to:

The subject line of your email will be considered the blog-entry title, with the remaining email body forming the body of the blog-entry. Entries can take up to 10 minutes to appear live on your site. You will be alerted with an email of your success or failure on the posting attempt.
There are a couple of ways we authenticate that the email coming from you is valid. You can setup up either a trusted email address, or you can specify a magic keyword in the subject.
Subject: magickeyword$blog entry title
In addition to your email body you can insert special macro commands that puts extra data with your blog.
You can set up your email2blog settings if you go to Settings, Email2blog (3)
